THE SUNDAY STAR Washington DC October 18th 1942 GRASS GOES ON THE DIET LIST By Basil Gordon |
“Please past the grass!” This request sounding fantastic if express. At the present day dinner table, may be in time become a common place remark at table of the feature. For of all the growing things, the grasses contains the greatest number and greatest varieties of those life-given elements, the vitamins, minerals amino acids ect. In fact, say some vitamins enthusiasts, grass have everything and a blade a day keeps the doctor away.
Julie Groenewald has this to say: The way I see it is that nature gave fruit as food. Medicine however is something else. Herbs, leafy greens, roots, chillies, those kind of stuff and they are very powerful. My logic is that medicine should be used when you are unwell, and sick, it should be used when you need treatment. Does it make sense? So, that being said, I believe that we may use it in those times only. When the body receives medicine all the time and it gets sick what will you then use to make it better? Options that are left is drugs and unnatural human methods. So, to answer your question Michael, I think one can use it as medicine as it really has very powerful properties such as chlorophyll. I know a lady Annelize Barnard who had tongue cancer, and now healed. She does wheat grass and barley grass.
